Description
"Que Sera" was the showcase model of the Prout 45S for the 2009 Annapolis Sailboat Show, and the factory built her to its highest standards. This model and this particular boat exemplify all that is great about the brand. Prouts are meant to cross oceans. The are not built flimsily for the charter market (never chartered). They are true cruising catamarans with a legacy of being some of the sturdiest and safest cats out there. The difference between this model and other catamarans is the focus on luxurious comfort in addition to safety and construction strength. The fine veneered paneling on the interior, the dining area with a separate lounging area, the gally "up" and in the center of everything, the large cockpit and "beach deck" (like an extended swim platform to give you great access to all your in-water adventures--also a safe place to store your tender while underway), the owner's suite with queen bed and full head and separate shower as well as a work station/vanity, the guest head which also has a separate shower, the two full-sized guest staterooms, watertight bulkheads, and on and on and on...all of these things make the boat exceptional. Her second owners have enjoyed her immensely and are ready to pass her along to someone else who will appreciate everything that she has to offer. Great family boat with one hull for the parents and one for the kids, and a large common area.
