Walkthrough

SUMMERTIME II is a US built, Canadian flagged, Tri-Deck Superyacht. Stepping onboard you enter the Main Salon from the large covered Aft Deck. Here you will notice a customized interior by Palmer Johnson in a blend of exotic woods finished in a tasteful high gloss. The woods are complemented by fine neutral fabrics, with granite and marble throughout. Carpeting was installed throughout the vessel in 2020.  

Moving forward into the Dining room you pass a granite topped credenza with a pop-up TV, electric blind controls, and stemware storage. The oval glass top dining table seats 8 and for convenient service the dining area has a sink, icemaker, and a Sub-zero undercounter refrigerator.  

Continuing forward is a custom spiral staircase made with polished stainless and pomelle sapele dark woods which connects all decks. Forward of that are the pantry, galley, a day head, and crew quarters furthest forward on this deck. In the Pantry to port, you'll find ample food storage, a wine cooler, and two full sized LG freezers with storage racks for provision. The Day Head in the port passageway has impressive custom wall paintings, fixtures, and cabinets.  

The galley is designed as a country kitchen finished to guest standards and has been completely refit with full-sized side by side LG refrigerators, Thermador ovens, high end Kitchen Aid burner cooktop. Guests will also enjoy the circular custom breakfast table that can seat eight while enjoying the morning news on a 50" Sony Satellite TV. Large windows all around make this an inviting spot to dine or play games.  

Below the spiral staircase is a foyer on the staterooms deck with a laundry room to port, full beam owner’s stateroom aft, a twin bed ensuite guest stateroom starboard, and two matching queen ensuite VIP staterooms forward.  

At the top of the spiral staircase is the Skylounge with comfortable sofas and chairs to enjoy the expansive views. TV and audio-visual equipment provide streaming movies, DVDs, satellite programs, music, and radio. It is possible to accommodate two guests on the sleeper sofa for larger guest parties. Here you will find a Sherrill Wagner sink, a large capacity icemaker, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and stemware storage. A Day Head is found forward in the short hallway to the Pilothouse on starboard, effectively making the Skylounge a convertible 5th cabin as needed. 

In the pilothouse, there are two new 24" Simrad MFD screens, and two Octoplex monitoring displays, all with a separate screen switching control display unit. There is a Fusion sound system, starboard and port docking stations, two 72-mile radars, up-to-date navigation software, radios, computers, and controls for equipment like the thruster and stabilizers. 

Aft of the Skylounge on the Boat Deck is covered seating, sun lounges, a teak game table, 10'x14' custom umbrella, 2500 lb. davit (currently inoperable), and circular stairs to the aft deck. If you take the ladder from the Boat Deck to the Flybridge (Sun Deck) you'll be 35'above the water with good views and more lounging chairs. One can also pilot the yacht from this deck with a full set of controls and helm seats. 

A well-proportioned lazarette is accessed from the stern engine room door allowing access to the engine room forward of that.
