Description
Upon entering the salon from the spacious and comfortable cockpit, you will be transported back in time to when boats were built like ships. Zia Lucia's interior is finished with teak and mahogany and every curve is elegant and well-appointed. Her salon features a generous dining area to starboard and a comfortable settee to port. The u-shaped galley is to starboard and features plenty of counter space while also being well-suited for cooking in heavy seas. To port is a nav station with hallway leading back to a generous aft cabin with a double bed, a vanity, plenty of storage, and a private head. Arguably the best feature of this boat is that it will comfortably sleep a large family, as there are berths up forward for four as well as a second head.
This boat is solid fiberglass with an encapsulated fin keel and skeg-hung rudder for optimal sailing performance and safety. She is one of the few examples of this boat that was built as a cutter/sloop, which offers simplicity in sail-handling. Her decks are spacious and the original teak decks were removed and replaced with epoxy and a quality paint job, giving the appearance of cleanliness and space. Her original black iron tanks have been replaced with stainless steel, and she carries 206 gallons of fuel in 4 tanks as well as 314 gallons of water in 4 tanks for an incredible range for offshore passages.
Zia Lucia will not disappoint!
